Description

It is a small estate since it currently represents just over 2.5ha of vines. These plots are all located in the vineyard overlooking the town of Joigny. The culture of the vine and the breeding of the wine are done there in a traditional way. The harvest is entirely carried out by hand in order to take the greatest care in sorting the grapes and thus respecting their quality as best as possible.
