Wine with great extractive qualities and excellent softness. It has a decisive and concentrated garnet red color; on the nose it has an intense and broad aroma, with hints of plums, cherries and blackberries, harmonized with French oak. It has an entry on the palate that expresses all the pulpiness of the fruit; in the mouth it is of excellent density, balanced, caressing, with a great body and a persistence of superior duration.

| Winemaking | The grapes, harvested when fully ripe, undergo traditional red vinification, with intense and long maceration programs. The bleeding technique is also practiced to increase the extraction of color and polyphenols. The resulting wine is then introduced into 50 Hl French oak barrels in which it undergoes malolactic fermentation and is refined for 18/24 months. |
